Do I need an email to sign up?
No. The service is 18+; a username and password are enough, and recovery codes must be stored safely. Some payment providers may separately require a billing email for first checkout.
Can I upload images?
Not yet. The interface will not offer image upload until the feature is available.
How are credits calculated?
A successful generation uses a base request charge plus actual input, output, and cached-input usage. Safety-blocked or withheld content is not charged.
Do credits expire or have cash value?
Unless a plan says otherwise, credits do not expire while the account is available. They cannot be transferred, withdrawn, or redeemed for cash. Refunds, reversals, or chargebacks may reverse proportionate promotional credits.
How do membership renewal and cancellation work?
Membership renews on the cycle shown at purchase. Cancel from Membership before renewal to stop future charges while retaining access through the paid period; refunds follow the published policy and applicable law.
When will a payment be credited?
Payment results are normally confirmed automatically. Credits or membership benefits appear in your account after confirmation, together with a payment or invoice record. Do not pay again while an order is confirming.
