Safety at PureOceanMotion
Effective 5 August 2026 · version 2026-08-05. Every text request and model response passes through a platform safety layer. Image upload remains disabled until a separate image-moderation pipeline is deployed.
Our baseline
PureOceanMotion is for people aged 18 or older. We prohibit explicit sexual content, sexual services, sexual content involving or appearing to involve minors, non-consensual intimate content, sexual deepfakes, abuse, fraud, and attempts to bypass security or rights protections.
How review works
Text inputs are checked before a model is called. Model output is held on the server and checked before delivery. Blocked inputs are not sent to the model; withheld outputs are not shown and do not consume user credits.
Human review
Automated systems indicate risk rather than legal guilt. Serious or uncertain signals create restricted cases for trained reviewers. Classifier results alone do not create a copyright strike, permanent ban, or law-enforcement report.
Account action
We may warn, restrict chat, temporarily suspend, lock for review, or terminate an account. Each action has a reason code, audit trail, and appeal path. Critical automated actions are temporary pending human review.
Child safety and intimate privacy
Reports involving child sexual exploitation or non-consensual intimate content receive priority handling. Do not download, copy, or attach suspected illegal material to a report; provide only a safe reference and description.
Report and appeal
Use the dedicated abuse-report form for harmful content and the appeal page for a decision affecting your account. Never send passwords, recovery codes, API keys, payment card data, or copies of illegal material.
