Cross-border Data Transfer Notice
Effective 5 August 2026 · version 2026-08-05. This notice supports a separate, explicit choice about international processing needed to provide PureOceanMotion.
Recipients and purposes
Cloudflare may process network and security data; Vercel hosts the application; Neon hosts PostgreSQL data; Sightengine performs configured text moderation; the model provider selected in the interface processes conversation text; and the customer-selected ClinkBill or Airwallex checkout processes billing and payment data.
Data categories
Transfers may include IP and request metadata, account and public resource identifiers, conversation text and model selection, moderation decision metadata, billing email, order reference, amount, currency, and payment status. Passwords, recovery codes, provider secrets, and complete card numbers are not sent as service content.
Location and safeguards
Processing locations depend on the deployed hosting region and the provider selected by the customer or operator. Transfers use encrypted transport, provider access controls, data minimisation, contractual terms where available, and server-side credential boundaries. The operator must publish the contracted recipients' formal legal names, contacts, countries or regions, and applicable transfer mechanism before a mainland-China paid launch.
Choice and withdrawal
The transfer is necessary for the selected hosted, moderation, AI, or payment function. You may refuse before creating an account or withdraw later through account closure or by emailing info@pureoceanmotion.com. Refusal or withdrawal means the affected service cannot be provided. Withdrawal does not invalidate processing already lawfully completed.
Rights
Contact info@pureoceanmotion.com to request access, correction, deletion, a copy, or an explanation of international processing. We verify account control before acting and retain transaction or safety evidence only where necessary for legal obligations, disputes, fraud prevention, or legal hold.
