Copyright and removal requests
PureOceanMotion separates content-risk screening from formal rights-holder notices and counter-notices.
Before filing
Automated model output is not a legal finding. Identify the protected work and the specific material or account reference. Do not submit passwords, API keys, payment details, or unrelated private data.
Review and action
Authorized reviewers validate completeness, preserve an audit trail, restrict material where appropriate, notify the affected account when lawful, and track counter-notices and restoration.
Counter-notice
An affected authenticated user may request the notice reference from copyright@pureoceanmotion.com and submit a counter-notice. A counter-notice does not guarantee restoration.
Repeat infringement
Only validated notices and completed human review contribute to repeat-infringer enforcement. Prompt keywords and classifier signals do not automatically create legal strikes.
