Terms of Service
Effective 5 August 2026 · version 2026-08-05. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 and accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Acceptable Use Policy, and the Safety Policy.
Operator and service
PureOceanMotion LLC operates the PureOceanMotion service, which provides access to third-party AI models, conversation storage, usage accounting, memberships, and optional paid credits. The registered address, registration number, governing law, and dispute venue remain pending publication and must be completed before paid production launch. Models and features may change or become unavailable.
Account responsibility
Keep passwords, recovery codes, and sessions confidential. Do not share or transfer accounts, create accounts through deceptive automation, or use another person’s credentials. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless promptly reported as unauthorized.
AI output
Verify important information. Output does not replace qualified medical, legal, financial, safety, or other professional advice. You are responsible for deciding whether and how to use generated material.
Credits and usage
Credits are prepaid service units, not money: they are not transferable, withdrawable, or redeemable for cash. Unless a plan says otherwise, granted credits do not expire while the account remains available. Each successful generation may include a base request charge plus input, output, and cached-input usage. The active rate and any membership discount are snapshotted for settlement. Inputs blocked before a model call and outputs withheld by platform safety controls are not charged.
Top-ups and payment confirmation
The amount, currency, and credits shown at checkout control a purchase. A browser return page never grants credits; only a signed and reconciled payment event does. Do not repeat a payment while an order is still confirming. Refunds, reversals, and chargebacks append correcting ledger entries and may reverse proportionate promotional credits.
Membership and automatic renewal
Monthly, quarterly, and annual memberships renew automatically for the same period until cancelled. The checkout and Membership page show the cycle price, credit grant, usage discount, renewal status, and next period. Cancel before renewal to stop future charges; access continues through the paid period. Cancellation does not itself create a partial-period refund. Refund rights under applicable law and the published Refund Policy remain unaffected.
Price changes
Price changes apply prospectively through a new pricing version or a future subscription renewal. Historical settled usage and completed purchases are not repriced. Material membership renewal changes will be disclosed before they take effect; the user may cancel before renewal.
Your content
You retain rights you hold in submitted content and grant PureOceanMotion the limited permission needed to process it through selected AI and safety providers, maintain the conversation, secure the service, and respond to lawful reports. Do not submit content you lack the right to process.
Moderation and suspension
We may block content or restrict an account to protect users, rights holders, the platform, and third parties. Critical automated restrictions are reviewed by a person. Appeal does not automatically stay a restriction where continued access presents a material risk.
Termination and export
You may close an account from settings. We may terminate accounts for serious or repeated violations. Deletion does not erase records that must reasonably be retained for payments, disputes, fraud prevention, security, legal holds, or lawful obligations.
